In 2005, our farms in Mississippi and Alabama were the first in the Gulf Region to become GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) certified. In 2009 we also became Primus certified. A few of our processes include:

• Random micro testing on our wash water supply to ensure no bacteria are present.
• Regular mock recalls to ensure a strong recall procedure is in place.
• Detailed records on each of our products so we can provide trace back information on all cases we ship.
