We love to provide our local community with farm fresh fruits and vegetables. One way we do this is through our seasonal self-pick program called Charlie’s U-Pik. Charlie’s U-Pik started in the mid 1990's, when Charlie Eubanks decided to open 10 acres of tomatoes up to the public for his first ever self-pick crop. Now, his garden has grown to around 100 acres of your favorite Mississippi spring and summer vegetables in Lucedale, MS. In 2017, we opened a second location in Wiggins, MS for you to enjoy as well.

During a 6 to 8 week period late May thru mid-July, you can bring your children and grandchildren to our fields of 20 different crops and hand-select the fruits and vegetables of your choice. And while you’re at it, you can teach the little ones where the produce in your grocery store really comes from.

When you arrive at our farm our staff will assist you in locating the vegetables that you want to take home. Simply bring your own 5-gallon buckets and fill them to the brim with delicious produce your family will love. It doesn’t get any fresher than that! Once you've picked all your favorites, just stop by our tent to pay.

We also have everybody's favorite summer treats, watermelons and cantaloupes, already picked for you! We know you'll enjoy all our fresh vegetables and you sure can't beat our prices.

* Please remember that not all crops are available for the entire u-pik season.  In mid-May of each year, we will announce the opening day.
