"We do what we say we'll do."

And, we do it for you. It's that simple.

Freshness is first priority. A fresh product makes all the difference in the customers' eating experience.

Located in Mississippi, Eubanks Produce is centrally positioned in the southeastern growing region. This advantage allows us to service customers in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma with overnight deliveries - ensuring freshness every time.

In addition, our diversified crop of fruits and vegetables provides our customers with a broad range of products to help them fill the truck to make the most efficient use of fuel mileage. The size and scale of Eubanks Produce allow us the unique opportunity to work with our wholesale customers to meet special crop requests.

FOOD SAFETY

Safe produce management for safe food on the table.

We know how important it is to feed your family food that is nutritious, great tasting and, above all, safe.

That’s why Eubanks Produce was a regional pioneer in food safety, investing in technologies and processes that ensure the safety and quality on which our customers rely. In 2005, our farms in Mississippi and Alabama were the first in the Gulf Region to become GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) certified. In 2009, we became GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) certified.

A few of our processes each include:

  • Random micro testing on our wash water supply to ensure no bacteria are present.

  • Regular mock recalls to ensure a strong recall procedure is in place.

  • Detailed records on each of our products so we can provide traceback information on all cases we ship.

  • Train staff annually about best food safety practices.
